Accelerator fund Igniter 100 announces $25 million STO with Stobox
US-based accelerator fund Igniter 100 is going to raise from 10 to 25 million dollars on a Security Token Offering scheduled for the second half of 2021. The STO is executed with Stobox as the main service provider.

Igniter 100 is an accelerator fund that comprehensively supports tech startups at the early stages. It has more than 80 portfolio companies, which include big names like Payoneer and eToro. After successfully demonstrating the success of the investment strategy, Igniter 100 is raising more external capital to expand its growth.
Stobox is a security token offering service providers recognized as an “Asset Tokenization of the Year 2019”. Stobox assists companies with all aspects of the STO, including legal and tech. The company is known for helping governments in the design of legislation for virtual assets.
Stobox also has a crypto side of the activity, including a crypto exchange to be issued at the end of November and a utility token STBU. Stobox STO clients can use STBU to pay for consulting and technical services.
Security token offering is an innovative way to raise capital that allows private companies to raise capital from individual investors to get better terms than offered by banks or institutional investors. For investors, security tokens allow investing in high-yield private companies previously not open to the public.
